Time to Get Involved!

Hi Everyone!
Today, I am asking all of you to take a few moments out of your busy schedule, and pray and/or meditate for the people who are victims of the recent natural disasters in Myanmar and China.
While I know, that many people here can not assist either through volunteering or monetary donations, we all can use the power of our thinking to positively influence the safety of the people there. Let's focus on this together, let's do all what we can, no matter how small it seems. I will be lighting a candle at 6 pm EST, if you want to join me at that precise moment.

I will light a candle at 3 pm PST every day. This does make a difference. I feel it now for the people there and see how fortunate we all are. Thanks for doing this. Love and light and deepest respect.
It will be 5pm CDT for me. I will hold space for all those affected. Thanks for alerting me to your effort. Happy to see KES with us too.
